I'd say for a gallente pilot, your least skill intensive path in my opinion would be an MJD rail fit hyperion or mega. Why not blasters? Missions would take longer to complete due to having to burn into optimal ranges for max efficiency. Why not...

One factor to consider is that with missiles you can select your damage type. This is huge. If you have hybrid weapons you have no choice but to shoot into kinetic and thermal. Whereas with missiles you can apply more DPS by not splitting your dam...
